This is a very rare WWII Navy Pilots Wing in Sterling Silver with a 24 k Gold Plate. The original was hand made by a jeweler during the war, it is not known how many were made. A picture is shown in US navy Wings of Gold. This is a high quality reproduction exacting in every way.
