WWII WASP Pilot Reunion Wing Sterling by Weingarten Gallery
Item Number: P-1573WW II Women's Air Force Service Pilots Reunion Wings. These are a very well made replica of the WASP Reunion Wing in Sterling Silver in the 1960's for the WASP Reunions. These wings are 2 3/4 inches and has a pin back as did the original with STERLING in a raised letters. The WWII WASP wings were clutch backs and for the reunions that made them in pin back to keep separate which were which. This is backwards of most WWII wings which were originally made in pin back and later in clutch back. Even these reunion wings are very hard to find so here is a chance to own one until an orginal comes along.
