The M-43 Field Jacket was the jacket that hit the beaches of Normandy on June 6 1944 when the Allies invaded Nazi occupied France. It saw combat right up until the Germans surrendered in May 1945 and was accepted field uniform gear into the early 1950's. Made of Mil. Spec. khaki olive cotton it's true to original size specs. This accurate reproduction features our special 4 year combat wash giving the garment that broken in look which is both functionally and fashionably like the original.
